I deserve no credit, I used EAGLECZ's "Steam - SaveFile Collection - Impossible Difficulty - All weapon collectibles" save file to do this, they deserve all the credit.
我不配得到任何功劳，我用的是 EAGLECZ 的“Steam - 存档合集 - 不可能难度 - 所有武器收藏”存档文件来做这件事，他们理应得到所有功劳。

I got the achievement on the Hard file on September 9, 2023 9:20PM. Load the Hard save file first and then upgrade the suit and Ripper and the achievement should work. I asked a friend to test it out before posting and it worked. If for some reason that doesn't work, load the file below and go to the Shop nearby and buy the suit and upgrade. I'm not good with technology so I made a file that's a little far behind to see if that can work. If that doesn't work then idk and I apologize.
我是在 2023 年 9 月 9 日晚上 9：20 通过硬质档案获得成就的。先加载硬存档，然后升级战衣和 Ripper，成就应该能生效。我让朋友在发帖前先试了一下，结果成功了。如果不行，可以加载下面的文件，然后去附近的商店买战衣升级。我不太懂技术，所以做了一个稍微落后的文件，看看能不能行。如果这样不行，那我也不知道，抱歉。

So yeah, I tried getting this achievement on a normal NG+ playthrough and was close but I had issues and my save files were gone. Annoyed, I used EAGLECZ's files to "work" on it so that. I then noticed there was no public save file for this achievement (to my knowledge) so I decided to upload one and help those that wants it so that no one else would go through the same frustration as I did.
所以是的，我尝试过在普通的 NG+通关中获得这个成就，差点成功，但我遇到了问题，存档文件都没了。我很烦，用 EAGLECZ 的文件来“工作”，这样就好了。后来我注意到这个成就没有公开存档（据我所知），于是决定上传一个，帮助那些想要存档的人，这样别人就不会像我一样感到沮丧。
