In that bulletin, NVIDIA lists multiple vulnerabilities affecting the display driver stack on Windows and Linux, with high-severity ratings assigned to several items. The documented impact categories include potential code execution, privilege escalation, data tampering, denial-of-service, and information disclosure, depending on the vulnerability and attack conditions. NVIDIA also discloses a medium-severity HD Audio driver issue that can be exploited to cause a denial-of-service condition. While not every end user will face the same exposure, the overall guidance is consistent: move to a driver revision that includes the relevant security fixes when one is available for your branch and platform.

NVIDIA’s release notes do not list any highlighted fixed gaming or general bugs beyond the security scope, but they do call out two open issues: Counter-Strike 2 can show slightly distorted text when the in-game resolution is set below the display’s native resolution, and Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth may show light flickering after the update on some configurations.
