这次换虚幻5的ubulk了，10万个文件名全是随机数字，根本不知道哪个文件对应哪个功能，直接打包进试玩版读的还是试玩版已有的不同名文件，删了试玩版已有文件直接报错，我搞不定
顺便，手游大厂别的unity做的游戏也是，各种文件名混淆，防止你用mod/移植家用机的汉化等

I can't offer you a crack, but how about a demo bypass? Will that do?

This is experimental. I had to do a bunch of work to fix this game. I have given it a reasonable amount of testing - I have progressed past where the demo ends - but this is an 80 hour JRPG. I need the community to help, and by 'help' I mean 'play the game', like you did with my bypass for Octopath Traveler 0. If problems are identified, I will fix them or at least give a fix my best effort. Provide me a save at an area where have you identified a problem, I'll take a look. Octopath Traveler 0 was a big success, I'm sure this one will be too.

That said, I don't expect any meaningful problems. I will mostly focus on cleaning up the way that I did this fix to make the structure more sane and easier for me to maintain for updates.

Instructions:

Download the demo from Steam. Add it to your account, let Steam itself download it. Let the download finish. Run the demo. Quit after it launches.

Go to steamapps/common and rename the original DQ7R_DEMO folder to DQ7R_DEMO_BACKUP. Extract my files to the steamapps/common folder. Those files consist of the full game, modified to work with the demo executable. Overwrite existing files. If where you are extracting is not a place that already has files with the same folder name, you are doing it wrong. You must replace the existing files Steam downloaded with these new files. You cannot extract this to a different directory.

Please download the V2 file (linked below) and put it in the Pak folder. You need to overwrite the one from V1 - please do this before reporting any issues.

Run the demo through Steam. Done.

You shouldn't see any weird differences between the full version and this bypass. Everything should be working.
