Install Mewtator

Unpack the Zip File into the Mewtator mods Folder

Should look something like this: Mewtator\mods\ClassCollarsNoPenaltys.

Run Mewtator, drag and drop the Mod into "Enabled Mods" and Launch the Game with Mewtator.

Steam will ask if you want to Launch the Game with Custom Launch Arguments -> Press Continue

Uninstall 卸载
Just remove the Folder from the mods Folder from Mewtator.
