Welcome to Westgate, tourist! Please follow a few simple rules to make your stay here a memorable one:
1. Keep your hand on your coin purse at all times.
2. Watch your back or hire someone to do it for you.
3. Report all instances of murder, extortion, robbery, burglary, assault, fraud, larceny, or jaywalking to the City Watch. The watch is the diligent protector of the citizenry and promises to get back with you sometime in the next decade.
4. Do not annoy, irritate, or anger the merchant cartels.
5. And whatever you do, do not annoy, irritate, anger, or otherwise displease the Night Masks. I mean it. People who displease the Night Masks end up missing body parts or worse. The Night Masks are not nice people.
