i remember Cydra answering mewhen i asked if you could salvage/undo the upgrades, and he was prettyclear that no you can't. he didn't say you couldn't salvage the entirecommand center building, but i don't think so (or he'd have mentionedit).

Once you upgrade your Command Center to Orbital Command orPlanetary Fortress, you can't undo the upgrades. And you can't salvagethem.

Instead of anti-grav, make it more-grav


    Make it an area of affect ability for the HT, so it has that and psi storm. And make it make units in the area move very slowly, so it works in combanation with psi storm. Thus letting the pheonix have overload back. This ability would be very useful in a way of microing your units around units in the area, or slowing down an enemys resource gathering.



It seems like Time Bomb, which is in the current build and makes unit's movement speed and attack speed slow.
