In the testing all (see screenshot). To go ther, open console and entre the following line
Coc Testinghall
Then press enter.
To go back to the gameworld, simply use the door to Hawk Haven (the door is in the center block of the testing hall) and then use fast travel.
用控制台命令（coc testinghall）去testing all里面(在有红色背景灯光的门上面的箱子里)．然后可以从testing hall中间区域一个叫Hawk Haven的门到游戏大地图.
