大概意思就龙腾会有一个很好很强大的工具，能够编辑游戏的人物，任务，物品，乃至城市，地形，并且通过该编辑器能够编辑出大型战役或剪辑电影，也就是说有了这个编辑器你可以编辑出自己的龙腾世纪，为什么我突然想到了上古的核心编辑器，貌似这个工具集不是核心编辑器也差不了多少了
